Boat name sticker

With the help of our lettering configurator, you can now easily design your Boat name sticker online. The configurator offers you a large selection of colors and fonts and you can determine the size of the lettering yourself. It is intuitive to use and shows you the result immediately. Once you have placed your order with us, we start production. The individual letters are cut out of the foil by a plotter, so that you can stick the lettering onto your boat in one piece, it is then covered with a transfer foil. This holds all the letters together and is simply removed again after application. What remains is your individual boat name. This is weatherproof, UV-resistant and of course also suitable for boats that sail in salt water. If necessary, the film can be removed at any time without leaving any residue.

How to apply the Boat name sticker correctly

Our film sticks to all smooth surfaces such as paint, gelcoat, glass or aluminum. The surface should be thoroughly cleaned and degreased beforehand. The film is completely opaque, so there is no need to worry about the substrate affecting the color of the lettering. Thanks to the air channels in the adhesive surface, the lettering can always be applied without bubbles as the air can escape through the channels under the film. The air channels close under the pressure of the squeegee and over time, so there is no need to worry about water getting behind the film.

FAQ

No, so that you don't have to stick them all on individually, our lettering is provided with a transfer film. This is a transparent film that holds the individual letters together and is removed again once the lettering has been applied to the boat.

We only use high-quality films for our lettering, which are guaranteed by the manufacturer for at least 7 years. Digital prints are provided with a protective laminate to protect them from fading due to UV radiation.

We only use films for boat lettering that are also suitable for boats that sail in salt water. The films are splash-proof, but should not be applied below the waterline in salt water.

The film can be removed without leaving any residue even after years. If the film is difficult to remove after years, we recommend using a hot air gun. If adhesive residue remains, it can be removed with spirit or isopropanol.
