How to stick Boat registration stickers
Sticking on the boat license plate sticker from our company is child's play thanks to the high quality of the films. The official license plate is successfully applied in just a few simple steps. For the best result, we have created a boat license plate sticker application guide.
The specified height and width always refer to the total area of the font. Here in the example, "A" is the font height and B is the font width.
For a boat license plate, we recommend a font with digits of the same height.
First you have to measure the boat license plate straight and fix it with masking tape.
Once it is in the right position, fix it in the middle with masking tape.
Now cut the masking tape on one side and remove the lettering from the backing paper.
Cut off the backing paper with scissors and fold the lettering back under slight tension.
Then squeegee the letters with even movements and light pressure.
Next, repeat the process for the other side and then press the individual letters down firmly again.
Finally, you can carefully remove the transfer foil.
What remains is your boat license plate sticker.
The production of Boat registration stickers
Each Boat registration sticker comes with a transfer film for easy application of the lettering to your boat.
Once we have received your order, we will start producing your boat number. The individual letters are cut out of self-adhesive film by a plotter. To make it possible to stick the Boat registration sticker to your boat in one piece, it is provided with a transfer film. This holds all the letters together and is simply removed again after application. What remains is the boat license plate. This is weatherproof, UV-resistant and of course also suitable for boats that sail in salt water. If necessary, the film can be removed at any time without leaving any residue.

FAQ
No, so that you don't have to stick them all on individually, our lettering is provided with a transfer film. This is a transparent film that holds the individual letters together and is removed again once the lettering has been applied to the boat.
We only use high-quality films for our lettering, which are guaranteed by the manufacturer for at least 7 years. Digital prints are provided with a protective laminate to protect them from fading due to UV radiation.
We only use films for boat lettering that are also suitable for boats that sail in salt water. The films are splash-proof, but should not be applied below the waterline in salt water.
The film can be removed without leaving any residue even after years. If the film is difficult to remove after years, we recommend using a hot air gun. If adhesive residue remains, it can be removed with spirit or isopropanol.
